The Planet Storyline and Production Stills
Work on the first Stirton Productions feature film has been completed and the finished movie can now be bought here. The movie has taken 2 years to make, from principal photography in May 2004, to the final edit May 2006. The movie stars WFF Mr Universe 2005-2006, Mike Mitchell and Scottish comedian and presenter Patrick Wight.
A mercenary spaceship ferrying a convict is attacked by a horde of unidentified fighter craft. Forced to abandon their crippled ship the survivors land on “The Planet”. Soon they discover that they are not alone, as they battle to survive they begin to fall prey to a malevolent force. A force which turns the souls of their fallen comrades against them. Forming a rescue plan the survivors race to carry it out while they still can.
Unknown to the team, the prisoner is also on the planet and his presence there could change the universe as they know it, forever.....Below are a series of production stills and artwork for download.
The Attack
The mercenaries spaceship is attacked by unidentified fighters and destroyed, forcing them to evacuate.
The Plan
After landing on 'The Planet', the survivors form a rescue plan involving their used escape pods (e-pods). Unfortunately the pods each weigh 2 tonnes and are miles apart.
The Battle
The team defend themselves from a frenzied attack by an unknown creature, but their energy weapons have little effect.
The Discovery
Chief engineer Vince, (left, Scott Ironside) shows the location of a strange signal to the captain (Mike Mitchell). At the source of the signal they discover a partially buried artifact on the planet, but is it a statue, or a device?
The Last Stand
As their numbers slowly dwindle the survivors prepare to execute their rescue plan. However, there is one last fight to be fought, not just for their own survival but for the safety of the entire universe.
